Our profiles includes hot and cold adhesive bonding, miter corner bonding, and our new film joining technique which uses a thin layer of silicone rubber rather than an adhesive and is bonded under pressure to form a semi-molded joint which is stronger than adhesive and ideal for curtain wall construction gaskets. Silicone extrusions are available in various profiles to suit your requirements. Our extruded Sections are used in Clean Room Doors, Telecom Shelters, Air Tight door seal applications, Bakery Ovens, Freeze Doors, Pharmaceuticals Processing Machine doors, Autoclaves, Isolators & Dry Heat Sterilisers, etc. Versatile and efficient to produce, solid or sponge options are available.
